How to Pair Soundcore Earbuds
Before pairing your Soundcore earbuds, be sure they are fully charged and in pairing mode. Furthermore, follow all recommended pairing instructions.
Press both multifunction buttons to set your earbuds into pairing mode until their LED indicators flash white rapidly. Next, navigate to your Bluetooth settings on your device and search for “Soundcore.”
Turn on the earbuds.
You can try a few things if you’re having difficulty connecting your earbuds to your device. First, ensure the earbuds are powered on. You can do this by taking them out of their charging case and pressing both multifunction buttons simultaneously for one second – when their LED indicators turn white, they should be ready to pair with your device.
If the earbuds still don’t connect to your device, they may need to reset. To do so, press each multifunction button for one second until their LED indicator turns white continuously before taking them out of their charging case and placing them next to each other – TWS pairing mode will then enter automatically; the left earbud’s LED indicator will flash rapidly while right side indicator flashes slowly.
Once the earbuds have been placed into TWS pairing mode, open Bluetooth settings on any device – such as a mobile phone, tablet, or computer – and search for Soundcore earbuds. When they appear in the list of available earbuds, select them and follow any on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
If you are using a Windows laptop, Bluetooth may need to be manually enabled. To do this, open the Start menu and Settings app before selecting “Bluetooth & other devices” on the left sidebar and turning Bluetooth ON from there. After doing this, restart your laptop as necessary until the Bluetooth feature has been fully activated – once completed, follow these steps to pair your earbuds with your computer.
Press the multifunction button on the left earbud.
Once the earbuds are powered on and in pairing mode, press and hold the multifunction button on the left earbud until you hear a voice prompt saying, “Power on, Connected.” The LED indicator will flash red three times before changing to white. If your device recognizes your earbuds as Bluetooth connections, select them, then click “Pair.”
Once paired, both earbuds will automatically connect to one device when turned on. However, you can pair with multiple devices and switch between earbuds using the multifunction button on each earbud. Reduce audio volume when not in use and store in an excellent location to extend the battery life of earbuds. Wrap the cord around something soft to prevent knots. Press the multifunction button on the right earbud.
There could be several causes for your earbuds not pairing with your device, one being that they are not in Bluetooth pairing mode; you can easily change this by opening their charging case and letting them power on automatically. Another potential explanation could be that they have already paired with another device – in this instance, you could try powering them off and on again to reset them.
Restarting your device may also help, while pressing and holding both multifunction buttons for approximately 15 seconds will reset both earbuds to pairing mode – with their LEDs flashing BLUE and RED (looks pink) until they connect properly and begin flashing white gradually.
Once your earbuds are in pairing mode, you can connect them to your device. First, ensure your device is set up for Bluetooth connections and in range of the earbuds; next, open Bluetooth settings and search for devices. You should see Soundcore earbuds among the list of available devices – select this and follow any on-screen instructions until a voice prompt indicates they’ve connected successfully – after this step, you can play music from your device!

Open the lid of the charging case and allow its LED indicators to flash white, then place the earbuds into pairing mode by opening your phone or tablet Bluetooth section and scanning for available devices. Once connected, use your Bluetooth feature on that device to link them directly.
If you need help connecting your earbuds to your device, it could be because it is not within range or because your device does not support compatible earbuds. In such a situation, change your Bluetooth settings or wait until they can be discovered again.
Wait for the earbuds to pair.

Once your earbuds have successfully connected to your device, they will provide visual and audible indicators of the connection. Your device may prompt you to enter a passcode; typically, the default value is “0000”. Once this step has been completed, you can begin using your earbuds.
